PSI offers a complete line continuous rotation Rotary Log Singulators custom engineered for log diameter / length, species and required piece count. The Rotary concept eliminates the need for complex, high maintenance crank arm mechanisms used in reciprocating type singulators.
It's ability to "make up a step" ensures maximum productivity without empty cycles or log gaps. PSI's proprietary "Quick Release" feeder system on the top stage positions a singulated log, ready for indexing with minimal log travel distance / motion required for consistent log gap control.
Log stems from 6' to 70' in length and diameters from 4" to 30" can be handled with the same machine profile. Singulation can be accomplished inclined, declined or level.
The PSI Rotary Log Singulator is powered by standard t-frame electric motors or by hydraulics (optional).
Empty stages are filled as required, without movement of stages covered by multiple log accumulation.
